When can I expect my parcel to arrive?

You will receive delivery within 7-10 business days from receipt of full payment.  Delivery times are anywhere between 9:00 am – 5:00 pm so please arrange delivery address according to your schedule for these hours in the day.

The size I want doesn’t appear on your list.  Do you have more sizes available?

We can produce custom canvas prints made to most sizes.

Can you scan my picture?

We require a digital file.  Please take your original photo to somewhere such as Kinkos and have them scan it for you and burn it on a CD and then upload this file through our website.  Final file format should be a .jpg.

I don’t like the way my picture looks on screen.  The colours are not right.  Does this mean my canvas print will look this way too?

All screens are different and render colour differently.  There really is no way to guarantee how the colour will look in reference to what it looks like on screen.  Please ensure if you do any colour correcting or cropping before you upload your file, Imaging on Canvas will print your file exactly the way it comes to us.  If you require a special colour match you will need to provide us with more info such as a Pantone.

How do I keep my canvas wallcovering in tip-top looking shape?

Do not get it wet.  Do not expose it to direct intense sunlight or moist conditions.  Do not use a damp cloth to clean off dust.  Use the brush attachment if using a vacuum and be very gentle.

How does the shopping cart work?

It’s a virtual shopping cart and you add the things you want to buy much like when you’re grocery shopping.  Choose your digital print on canvas and click on “add to cart” and it will be processed into your virtual shopping cart.  You do not HAVE to buy what you put in there.  If you do want to buy something you must add it to your cart.  You have the option of removing anything from your virtual shopping cart when you’ve done your shopping.  Click on “view cart” to see the items in your cart.  Once you’ve decided to make your purchase click on “proceed to checkout”.  At this point you will have to proceed your personal information.

Who has access to the personal information I provide on the website?

Only Imaging on Canvas has the ability to view your personal information.  Our site is secure.

What credit cards can I use?

We accept VISA and MasterCard and PayPal.  Please be advised that you will be re-directed to PayPal when you want to make a payment, however, you DO NOT have to create a PayPal account.  You do have the option of using the PayPal site to make a Credit Card payment WITHOUT signing up for a PayPal account.  Please see the screen captures below:

Can I place an order to be delivered to an address other than my own?

Yes.

What is the cost of delivery?

Delivery cost is subject to delivery location.  You will be quoted a delivery cost when the address is entered.  Most delivery charges will be under $30.00.
